It’s not open for dinner. D’oh! Fortunately, Mother Chu’s still is (just around the corner on Pitt Street).

I discovered Peace Harmony recently (in the evening!) and the food was fab. They serve a lot of fake “meat” which usually puts me off - but there’s was delicious - tender and juicy (did I really say that?). Plus lovely, lovely people who run it. But I’d assumed they were open for lunch too - how strange.

I think they are open for lunch, but not for dinner (at least, not on Tuesday nights). We turned up last night in the howling rain only to find a handwritten closed sign on the door.

Sorry Kate, mis-read what you said! We had dinner there about three weeks ago, I think it was a Saturday night. Maybe all the rain has caused problems? Mother Chu’s is always a good back up though! Post a comment
